Today I will present the idea of making Forex trading systems, how to advance the Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Smoothed Moving Average indicator. Simply set up and following the trade rules. Let’s watching on the video clip.

This Forex system is the simple trend-following strategy, designed for MT4, MT5 (mobile and desktop versions) for all major currency pairs with a high timeframe (H1, H4, D1). And for the good results, you should be trading on London or New York sessions time.

Indicators

Moving Average, method: Smoothed, Period 100, Shift 1, Apply to Low.
Moving Average, method: Smoothed, Period 100, Shift 1, Apply to High.
Relative Strength Index (RSI) Period 14, Apply to Close.
Moving Average, method: Exponential, Period 200, Shift 1, Apply to First Indicator’s Data.
Accelerator Oscillation. Add levels 0.

Strategy Rule

Entry Rules 

Buy

First rule

1. Waiting for the price crossed up SMA (high).
2. Check the RSI just above the EMA.
3. Check the AC must a green bar and above 0 levels.
4. Entry Buy when all conditions above are met.

Second rule

1. Waiting for the RSI crossed up the EMA.
2. The candle must close above the SMA (high).
3. Check the AC must a green bar and above the 0 levels.
4. Entry Buy when all conditions above are met.

Entry Rules 

Sell

First rule

1. Waiting for the price crossed down SMA (low).
2. Check the RSI just below the EMA.
3. Check the AC must a red bar and below the 0 levels.
4. Entry Sell when all conditions above are met.

Second rule

1. Waiting for the RSI crossed down the EMA.
2. The candle must close below the SMA (low).
3. Check the AC must a red bar and below the 0 levels.
4. Entry Sell when all conditions above are met

Exit Rules

Set the Stop lost price at the last lower/higher price (swing low/swing high), or when the price move on the opposite side and crossed the SMA channel.

Set the Take profit price with 1.5-2 times of Stop loss. Or use the fixed target depends on the time frame that your trading (about 20~30 pips for H1and 50~70 pips for H4 time frame).
